Refund policy

At CROKit Innovations Inc., we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. However, we understand that there may be situations where returns, refunds, or cancellations are necessary. Please review the following policies carefully.
1. Returns and Exchanges
• Eligibility:
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products with valid reasons, such as defects, damage during shipping, or other approved circumstances.
• Approval Process:
To initiate a return or exchange:
1. Contact our customer support team at hello@crokit.com with your request.
2. Provide clear photo or video proof of the issue.
3. Wait for written approval from our team before shipping the product back to us.
• Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns unless the product was damaged on arrival or otherwise defective.
• Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged:
• Submit photo or video evidence to our team within 7 days of receipt.
• Once approved, send the damaged product back to our warehouse, and a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
2. Refunds
• Eligibility:
Refunds are available only for orders canceled before they have been shipped. Refund requests after shipment will not be accepted.
• Refund Process:
• Contact us at hello@crokit.com to request a refund.
• If approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method minus any applicable transaction fees.
• Non-Refundable Situations:
• Items returned without prior approval.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Items returned after 30 days of receipt.
3. Cancellations
• Order Cancellations:
Customers may cancel their order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@crokit.com with your order details to request a cancellation.
• Refunds for Cancellations:
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Transaction fees may apply, and these will be deducted from the refund amount.
